O quam gloriosum is an All Saints Antiphon to the Magnificat, Second Vespers. This text is sometimes augmented with other texts as in the Pfender or Vaet settings (see the CPDL link above for these settings). The setting by Gabriel Jackson combines this antiphon text with Revelation 7:12.

O quam gloriosum est regnum, O how glorious is the kingdom
in quo cum Christo gaudent omnes Sancti! in which all the saints rejoice with Christ!
Amicti stolis albis, sequuntur Agnum, Clothed in white robes, they follow the Lamb,
quocumque ierit. wherever He goes.

laudantes Deum et dicentes: praising God and saying:
(Revelation 7:12)  
Benedictio, et claritas, et sapientia, Blessing, and splendour, and wisdom
et gratiarum actio, honor, virtus and thanksgiving, honour, power,
et fortitude Deo nostro and might be to our God
in saecula saeculorum. Amen. for ever and ever. Amen.
